IMPORTANT: Please review your invoice carefully and confirm that your name is spelled exactly as it appears on ALL your travel documents. United States citizens must present either a REAL ID–compliant state ID plus an original birth certificate, OR a valid passport. Names must match exactly as shown on your passport (first, middle, and last names, if applicable). Monteli Production, LLC strongly recommends that all our guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months AFTER the last date of sailing).

You may be denied boarding if the name on your cruise documents does not match your identification. Only original documents are accepted; copies or photos stored on mobile devices will not be accepted. Monteli Production, LLC is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect or misspelled names and/or missing required documents.

Your cruise rate includes cabin accommodations, meals, complimentary beverages (excluding alcohol and soda), government taxes, port fees, gratuities, processing fees, and access to all onboard Monteli Production, LLC events. These events include concerts, DJ parties, karaoke, Zumba sessions, dance lessons, and comedy shows. Please note that additional fees may apply for specialty events, which may include, but are not limited to, specialty dining, drinks, transportation, and other premium experiences.

The cruise line’s mandatory service charge for tips and gratuities has been included in your invoice. Please note that this service fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & PAYMENT PLANS

Thank you for making your reservation. Once your cabin is confirmed in our system, you will receive an invoice, followed by a receipt for your payment through one of our platforms: Square, PayPal, or RezMagic. Monthly invoices may be sent for manual payment, or you may enroll in automatic monthly payments to avoid late fees. 

There are two payment options, determined by your booking date.


DEPOSIT

$300.00 deposit per person – for single occupancy Inside and Ocean ($350.00 Balcony)

$250.00 deposit per person- double occupancy or more for Inside, Oceanview, and balcony

$300.00 deposit per person- double occupancy or more for suites, penthouses,e and haven.

 

Pay in Full Option

You may pay in full at the time of booking. No further payments will be required unless you: 

-Upgrade or change your stateroom

-Add cabin mates

-Purchase add-ons

-all bookings made after September 15, 2026


Monthly Payment Plan 

- Payments are automatically charged on the 15th of each month. 

- Changes to payment plans or credit cards must be emailed to reservations@salsacruise.com before the 1st of the month. 

- It is your responsibility to know your due dates; payment reminders will not be sent.

Late payments & Declined Cards

1.     $50 per person, per month late fee for declined payments

2.     Reservation will be canceled without refund if: 

  1. Two consecutive payments are missed, or

  2. Balance remains unpaid one week after the final payment date


Chargeback Acknowledgment and Agreement

This Chargeback Acknowledgment and Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Monteli Production, LLC (“Merchant”) and [Consumer Name] (“Consumer”).

1. Acknowledgment of Transaction

The Consumer acknowledges that they authorized and received the goods and/or services provided by the Merchant on or about [date], in the amount of $[amount], using [payment method].

2. Chargeback Understanding

The Consumer understands that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer may result in fees, administrative costs, and potential reversal of funds to the Merchant.

3. Agreement Not to File a Chargeback

By signing this Agreement, the Consumer agrees not to initiate, file, or pursue a chargeback or payment dispute related to the above-referenced transaction. If a chargeback has already been initiated, the Consumer agrees to promptly contact their bank or card issuer to withdraw or cancel the dispute.

4. Responsibility for Fees

The Consumer agrees that if a chargeback is filed in violation of this Agreement, they may be held responsible for any chargeback fees, penalties, or costs incurred by the Merchant as a result.

5. Good-Faith Resolution

The Consumer agrees to first contact the Merchant directly to resolve any concerns or disputes related to the transaction in good faith before contacting a financial institution.

6. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this Agreement limits the Consumer’s legal rights under applicable federal or state law, except as expressly agreed herein regarding chargebacks.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of New York. 

Consumer Acknowledgment

RESERVATION OWNERSHIP & CHANGE POLICIES 

Primary Guest Responsibility 

1.      The primary guest is the reservation owner

2.     The primary guest is the person authorized to make changes

3.     The primary guest name can not be changed

4.      At least ONE original guest name must remain on the reservation.

5.      If all original guests cancel, then it is considered a full cancellation with no refund.

3.     All requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@salsacruise.com; any requests submitted otherwise will not be valid, therefore, they will be considered null & void.


Name Changes andFeess

$50.00 per person, per change for name changes from date of booking until September 15, 2026. 

$100.00 per person, per change for name changes from September 16 through October 15, 2026. 

$200.00 per person, per change for name changes from October 16 through November 15, 2026. 

$300.00 per person, per change for name changes from November 16 through January 10, 2027. 

NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER JANUARY 10, 2027

 

Stateroom Changes

- Your cabin number is subject to change without notice at the discretion of the cruise line.

- No changes of any kind (name or cabin) will be accepted within one week of sailing.

- Rates are based on the number of people in your stateroom. Changes in occupancy will result in a rate increase or decrease, depending on the type of change.

Monteli Production, LLC highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect you against financial loss due to non-refundable costs and fees due to unexpected cancellations and travel emergencies. Travel insurance options may offer protection against emergencies during travel, such as trip interruptions, trip delays, missed/canceled flights, lost or stolen baggage/personal items, illness/injury, and much more. For a complete list of covered reasons, please contact Travel Guard directly at 800-826-4919.  They also offer an optional “Cancel for Any Reason” policy that must be purchased with your initial payment/deposit within the first 14 days of your booking. Travel Guard will determine the amount of your refund based on the documentation you provide to them. Any other manner in which the cancellation request is submitted will not be valid. Then, you must contact Travel Guard directly to submit a claim and request a refund.

PASSPORT & LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

Monteli Production, LLC strongly recommends that all our guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months AFTER the last date of sailing). Having a valid passport will enable you to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port in the event you miss your scheduled embarkation, or to fly back to the U.S. should you need to disembark the ship mid-cruise for any reason.

 

The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) stipulates the following information about "closed-loop" cruises, which are sailings that originate and terminate in the same U.S. Port. Please note that this information could change at any time without notice.

 

U.S. Citizens (including children) taking "closed-loop" cruises will be able to enter or depart the country with either a valid U.S. Passport - or - Proof of citizenship, such as an original or certified copy of his or her birth certificate (or a Consular report of Birth Abroad, or a Certificate of Naturalization), along with government issued photo identification, such as a State issued driver’s license or non-driver’s.


For passengers under the age of 18 traveling with an accompanying adult who is not the minor's parent or legal guardian, a Parent/Guardian Consent Form that authorizes the minor's travel and further authorizes medical treatment in case of an emergency must be delivered to a Norwegian representative at the pier during check-in. Failure to produce this letter at embarkation may result in boarding being denied, with no refund of cruise fare provided. To download this form, please click here.


Infants sailing on board Cthe ruise Line must be at least six months of age at the date of embarkation. However, for voyages that have three or more consecutive days at sea, the infant must be at least 12 months of age at the date of embarkation.

U.S. Alien Residents need a valid Alien Resident Card. 

Non-U.S. citizens need a valid passport and a valid, unexpired U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa, if applicable.

Non-U.S. Citizens: You will need a valid passport and, in some cases, a visa. If you live in the U.S., you will also need the original copy of your Alien Registration Card (ARC or “Green Card”) and any other documentation the countries on your itinerary require due to your alien status.


If you are not a U.S. Citizen, please contact U.S. Immigration at 1-800-375-5283 to be sure your identification will be satisfactory for both entry into the U.S. and for the cruise.


Citizens from the Visa Waiver Program countries will require a machine-readable passport valid for the duration of their voyage.

 

All guests must present the required documentation at embarkation. Guests without the required documentation will be denied boarding, and no refund will be issued. Please understand that the Cruise Line will strictly enforce this requirement to follow this important U.S. Government mandate.

Non-U.S. citizens, including resident aliens, must contact the appropriate consulates, embassies, and/or immigration office(s) to inquire about necessary documentation for the Cruise’s ports of call. Your name, as listed on your travel documents, must exactly match your name as listed on your Cruise documents.


It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have the proper documents to board the ship. Monteli Production, LLC is not responsible for denied boarding due to insufficient documents.

Norwegian Cruise Lines Drink Policy

Norwegian is one of the few cruise lines that doesn’t allow you to bring your drinks onto the ship.

According to the website: “Effective for sailings July 15, 2016, and beyond, guests are prohibited from bringing any beverages — including liquor, beer and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soda, and juices — on board either as carry-on or checked luggage.” The only exception is that purified or distilled water in sealed containers for medical devices like CPAPs or baby formula is OK. Unfortunately, that means you’ll have to leave your soda and drinks at home.

Dietary & Medical Restrictions

Special dietary and/or medical requests must be submitted to the cruise line at least 90 days before sailing. If you have a special need, please email reservations@salsacruise.com. We will notify the cruise line for you, and you will be contacted by a cruise line representative within 90 days of sailing for further information and assistance.

 

Bedding Requests

All staterooms come with 2 twin beds that convert to 1 queen bed. If the beds are not set up the way you want them to be, please ask your cabin steward to change them for you. If you cannot find your stateroom steward on the first day onboard, you can leave a note for them in your stateroom. They will accommodate your request. Monteli Production, LLC does not take requests for bedding types.

 

Medical Equipment needed to bring on board approval.

Clients will need to bring their medical devices on board. Must contact 866-584-9756 or 877-794-8567 (Accessibility Assistance Department). Order a wheelchair or scooter for sailing: There are limited cabins for ADA, and you must be approved.

 

Whatever your specific requirements are, Norwegian Cruise Line will do whatever it reasonably can to accommodate you. But we do need adequate time to prepare for your arrival. Please make every effort to contact our Access Desk well in advance of your cruise – at least 90 days for interpreters and 45 days for all other requirements. 877.794.8567. Should you choose a stateroom that has not been designated as accessible, you will need to bring a collapsible wheelchair, or if you have a motorized wheelchair or scooter, the width must not exceed 26 inches to enter the stateroom door. If you’ve asked us to assign a roommate for you, your stateroom number and roommate’s name will be confirmed within two weeks before sailing. Your stateroom number is not confirmed and may be changed without notice. If you change your min, and find your own roommate, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remove your name from the Roommate Waitlist.


We will try our best to match you with roommate(s) of the same age group and gender, but if you have additional special requests, please email Reservations@salsacruise.com. We cannot guarantee special requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them if possible.

 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Cruise Line does not allow illegal drugs of ANY KIND to be brought onboard the vessel. Passengers who are found with such illegal substances will not be allowed to board or will be disembarked at the next port of call. Cruise Line does not permit nudity in any of the vessel’s public venues and enforces its Freestyle Dress Code. Audio equipment used for personal entertainment may be brought on board but cannot be played at levels disruptive to other guests. Violation of this policy will result in the confiscation of the equipment.

CRUISE LINE SMOKING POLICY

Designated Smoking Areas

Clearly marked “Designated Smoking Areas” are available onboard and include enough ashtrays that are emptied regularly. Generally, these areas include cigar lounges, a section of the nightclub and casino, as well as a portion of the open decks. As a safety precaution, passengers are reminded to properly dispose of cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco, which are never to be thrown overboard as this may be sucked back into the ship and cause fires.

 

Stateroom Smoking Policy Update - check the Cruise line site

For all voyages departing the Cruise Line, smoking will be prohibited in passenger staterooms and balconies. This policy change reflects the preferences of most of our passengers who value having their primary living space (both stateroom and balcony) smoke-free. As balconies are a hallmark of the Cruise Line, we believe it is important to keep this peaceful space clear of smoke. Violations of this policy will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence, which will be charged to the passenger’s stateroom account. Keeping with the global trend toward more restrictive smoking policies and honoring the wishes of our passengers, we feel this change will enhance our onboard experience and do more to help our passengers escape completely.


Electronic Cigarettes

The use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed within the confines of the passenger's stateroom (balcony not included) and within designated smoking areas only.

 

Cruises are drug-free zones and items not allowed on bo:ard “Any illegal narcotics/d,rugs including synthetic, designer drugs, Cannabidiol ,(CBD) and medical marijuana.
